Are your products gluten free?

All our chocolate bars, drinking chocolate and chocolate coated nuts and ginger have ingredients that are gluten free. 

Our Silk Road Rocky Road however, has Turkish Delight that has a wheat based cornflour dusting, as such, this product is not gluten free.

ORDER PROCESSING

How long will my order take to ship?

Please allow 24-48 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 72 hours to let you know your order is on the way! This email is likely to come from Australia Post with tracking and delivery details.

Do you ship all year round?

During warmer months we implement strategies to ensure all orders are received in great condition. This includes:

- Dispatching orders between Monday - Thursday only. This avoids your package sitting in the depot over the weekend.

- Where necessary, we will include an ice pack in the parcel to make sure the contents stay cool during transit.

- In extreme weather conditions we monitor weather details and will hold off on sending your order. We will contact you to advise of any delays.

Please note: Once your chocolates arrive we cannot control how it is stored. So take care of it by storing it correctly in ambient temperature under 24 degrees Celsius.

I have specified pick up in my order, what next?

The address for order pick ups is  U9, Building 3.1, 1 Dairy Road, Fyshwick, ACT 2609, unless otherwise arranged.

Orders can be picked up on weekdays, from 10.30am to 4.30pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.  Details of weekend pick up times will also be provided in the email.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

Do you ship internationally or outside Australia?

We do not ship outside of Australia at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on volumetric weight of products ordered and displayed at checkout.

REFUND POLICY

We advise customers to order carefully as we cannot exchange or refund goods due to their perishable nature.

Cancellations and refunds are acceptable if your order has not yet been dispatched. Once your order has left our shop we can no longer process a refund.
